Once pests begin to interact with the treatment, you will notice a steady decline in their numbers. This process can be likened to a "last supper," as they continue their normal activity before succumbing to the treatment.
Some pests, such as cockroaches, lay eggs that can hatch after the initial application. This may result in a resurgence of activity, but rest assured, these newly hatched pests will also be exposed to the residual treatment and eliminated in turn.
While a noticeable reduction in pest activity should occur relatively quickly, complete eradication may take 4 to 6 weeks. Patience and ongoing observation are key to achieving the best possible outcome.

Warranty for Full General Pest Treatments is 2 months for Exterior. If treated regularly within every 6 months then an extended 6 month warranty applies. Interior Warranty treatments 6 weeks.

Exterior house/building must be sprayed around all windows as insects love to live in these areas and its another access point into building or warranty period is for 2 month.

German cockroaches must be treated twice within the specified time period of pest technician - No warranty on german cockroaches

Dead rodents are not the responsibility of the pest technician extra call out fees apply.

Termite reticulation system recharge unless we have installed we don't know the condition of underground system we can not be held responsible for these systems but if system is all ok & in proper working order and has been fully installed properly around the building then the chemical we use can have anywhere from 5-8 years of protection.
